Elo participates in the Digio Talks YouTube Show, by Digio, and the Design team bring up their vision

Together with Digio, a brazilian digital bank, I had the opportunity to to participate in Digio Talks, a YouTube show that focus on important discussions about diverse themes from tech industry in a easy and accessible language.

Representing Cartão Elo, me and two another design leaders, Bruna Chianca (head of design) and Whatson Allen (design manager) talked about important themes like the not so new consumer behavior of knowing "everything" about "anything" in digital era, the relationship of brands with their consumers and the work behind the development of amazing and relevant brand experiences. The conversation also had very nice contributions from Pedro Sampaio, marketing director of PicPay, an innovative digital wallet company, and Marcella Perrone, CX Manager from Level Up! Games.


A Brand must be a good experience promise, and this promise must correspond to a need, a wish, the user have.
