With over 14 years of experience in design, my work is to develop possible futures for brands, products, and services, using design processes and methodologies of innovation to investigate people's needs and solve business challenges.
I hold a degree in Design and an MBA in Trends and Digital Product Management, and I believe that information and meticulous analysis are fundamental to the success of a project. As a professional, I assist brands, projects, products, and services to accelerate, grow, and develop in a purposeful manner, understanding their objectives and expected impacts.
In recent years, I have had the opportunity to lead processes at Globo LAB, serving as a Strategic Design Manager and assuming overall leadership of the service. I have worked closely with renowned brands in the Brazilian audiovisual industry, such as TV Globo, Globoplay, Multishow, GNT, SporTV, as well as industry brands including Seara, Casas Bahia, Vivo, Heineken, Bauducco, Nestlé, Johnson & Johnson, among others.
In this context, we have developed actions that have encouraged increased investment in advertising by these brands, along with creative strategies to connect Globo's content with the target audience of each brand. This personalized approach has resulted in a significant increase in advertising investment by the advertising brands, solidifying Globo as a strategic business partner. Furthermore, we have strengthened relationships with brands and their agencies, promoting transparent collaboration aligned with the business objectives of each partner.
Today, I am a member of the Cartão Elo team, initially as a Service Design Manager and now in the role of Executive Manager of Design and Experience, I am responsible for disseminating a customer-centric culture and a culture of testing within the company.
Through collaborative processes with diverse areas of the company, I work on investigating challenges and constantly strive to improve our indicators. As a design leader, my primary objective is to foster the creation of exceptional experiences for our clients, offering innovative solutions aligned with our strategy, emphasizing user experience, and driving the evolution of our products and services to achieve impactful business results.
